Marvin Scholz 24b610e366 avutil/spherical: consolidate group doxy
Make it a bit easier to grasp the grouping when not
unnecessarily splitting comment blocks.

Additionally do not try to add lavu_video_spherical to itself, resolving
the following doxy warning:
warning: Refusing to add group lavu_video_spherical to itself

Vittorio Giovara f20bcec4c2 spherical: Change types of bounding and pad to uint32_t
These values are defined to be 32bit in the specification,
so it makes more sense to store them as fixed width.

Based on a patch by Micahel Niedermayer <michael@niedermayer.cc>.

Vittorio Giovara 8f58ecc344 lavu: Add AVSphericalMapping type and frame side data
While no decoder currently exports spherical information, this type
represents a frame property that has to be passed through from container
to frames.
